Attention Deposit Account Customers:
Effective September 2, 2025, you will no longer be able to use your GSB debit/ATM card to deposit at non-GSB owned ATMs. You will still be able to deposit at the GSB owned ATMs located at each of our four (4) branches. You can also conveniently deposit checks via Mobile Deposit through our mobile app. If you are not currently set up for Online or Mobile Banking, stop in or contact any of our branches and a personal banker will assist you.
To learn more about how to use Mobile Deposit, visit our Online Banking Education Center.
We understand that this may change how you deposit, however, this decision has been made due to the increasing level of risk associated with check fraud deposits occurring at ATMs.
Our new and improved system offers all the tools you need to achieve your financial goals and meet your everyday banking needs wherever you go.
The upgrade has now taken place as of September 18th, 2024.
Your account details should be available and ready to use including transaction history, bill pay payee information, and scheduled payments, as well as internal and external transfers.
IMPORTANT:
Update for QuickBooks/Quicken Users:
Please complete a final transaction download within QuickBooks/Quicken by 9/17.
Disconnect your online banking connection within QuickBooks/Quicken on 9/18.
QuickBooks/Quicken direct connection will not be available to reconnect until 9/26.
IMPORTANT: To ensure a smooth first-time login, it is important that your Online Banking Profile includes your current phone number and email address. If you need assistance, please contact us at 800-236-3187.
With the new system now live, you should be able to login using your existing User ID and Password. You will simply enter this passcode into the system and submit to securely login.
Please be aware of the following key first time login reminders.
If you utilize biometrics to access digital banking, be sure you know your User ID and Password.
If you are unsure of your User ID, please contact us for assistance.
If you are unsure of your Password, you can easily reset it by selecting “Forgot Password” from the Online Banking login screen and following the on-screen prompts.
Our Mobile Banking app is also getting an update! The new system is now live and you can access the new Mobile Banking app in 2 ways:
